Perhaps make the 'CONTENTS' a bit more bigger so it is more noticeable. Add quote to fill the blank space.
Make writing a bit bigger - change for to switch it all up?
Centralise the photo so there is not much as blank space and my artist is more in central focus.
Make the boxes around the numbers bigger so that it covers the number. Add a rigged effect so it looks more 'grimey'
Add writing in the blank space at the bottom- page number?
